Bio

I grew up in southeast Texas hunting and fishing. I started alligator hunting in 1984 when Texas re opened alligator hunting. Through my success and hard work I became one of the largest private tag holders in the state which landed me as a character on the history channels blockbuster show “Swamp People”. I was on the show for seasons 4 and 5. After the show, I continued to expand my alligator hunting guide business to where it is now. I have also been on a few episodes of Watters World on Fox News . One was down in my swamp and the other was in New York in Jesse watters’ swamp! In 1991 I became a firefighter for the city of Port Arthur here in Texas. I promoted to Captain in 2005. I was involved in hurricane Rita, Ike , and Harvey. We spent countless hours rescuing people that had been stranded during these storms. I helped start the first airboat rescue team for my department after hurricane Ike. I used my personal boats to help during Rita and Ike while I was on duty, I retired after 30 years of service to focus on my airboat business and my gator hunting I also am a pro bass fisherman and currently compete in tournaments across the USA. I do a lot of charity work through my business with an organization called Cast For Kids. We provide disabled kids with the opportunity to get outdoors and fish. My biggest accomplishment and is still ongoing, is raising my 14 year old daughter. She’s very talented and athletic., she can do anything a man can do in the outdoors and then walk right into a room dressed up like a young woman. I’m very proud of her. My hobbies are hunting, fishing, gambling, and golf
