Hi, I’m Patrick Lecorps, a dedicated fitness and mindfulness coach based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. My passion lies in health, nutrition, and the mind-body connection. I’m deeply interested in weight lifting, mobility, resilience, stoic and hermetic philosophy, spirituality, and the true teachings of Jesus Christ. I integrate these elements into my holistic approach to wellness, aiming to inspire others through my understanding of the human body’s capabilities and the power of mindfulness.
