'The Christmas Dreamer'-Cooper

Casting the the sizzle reel of "The Christmas Dreamer," a feature film about a young writer who loses his love and job weeks before Christmas. Out of desperation, Liam joins forces with the most unlikely of allies to pursue his lifelong dream - making a movie. Against the clock, will he make it happen?Synopsis: Liam’s lifeplan falls off the rails after losing his job and love on the same day. Often described as a dreamer, he takes the biggest gamble...on himself. He decides to use the remaining money from an injury settlement to bring his screenplay to life. Though reluctant and hesitant to help at first, Liam’s sister Elena comes along for the ride - knowing Liam may in fact screw everything up along the way. Struggling out of the gate, the unlikeliest of allies returns home also looking for a shot at redemption. Cooper, a Hollywood star banished for his poor attitude, has one chance to repair his image. The unlikely duo struggles to find common ground, but soon recognize they need each other more than either want to acknowledge. Word spreads of their quick success finding its way to Liam’s former employer - Mr. McDowell. Not one to be shown up, McDowell devises a plan to derail Liam’s plan. Up against the clock, will Liam find a way to take down McDowell and bring his dreams to life? Production states: "This will be used to pitch to executives. This does not guarantee you will continue in the role cast for the reel. We will be using this to pitch, so it may get purchased or funded to film the entire project. We've filmed two pilot series with several TV personalities involved. Both have been pitched to executives."

An arrogant Hollywood "A-Lister" who believes the world revolves around him. He leaves the set of his last movie, which causes him to be kicked out of Hollywood. He heads back to Logan Creek, his hometown, to repair his image. During this time, he meets Liam and takes on the lead role of "Nash" in Liam's movie. Cooper ultimately changes his ways after a confrontation with his agent and through a new relationship with Elena, Liam's sister.
